Marketing Senior Executive

JOB OVERVIEW

At Pickle Social Club, marketing is all about understanding people and building awareness of how our services can satisfy their needs. We are looking for a positiveminded, creative, and efficient marketing executive who is passionate about doing this and wants to do more. You will spearhead and execute all our marketing campaigns, assist in the formulation of strategies to build lasting connections with customers, and ensure that each endeavor runs smoothly from inception to delivery.

JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Marketing
    1. Assist the Marketing Manager in the development, implementation, and execution of marketing plans and campaigns.
    2. Take charge of the marketing plans and campaigns and ensure they achieve the marketing objectives and goals.
    3. Liaise closely with stakeholders involved in delivering each marketing plan and campaign.
    4. Conduct performance reviews and post-mortems for each marketing campaign.
    5. Track the progress of each marketing plan and campaign, obtain feedback from stakeholders involved, and conduct post-mortems at the end of each plan and campaign.
    6. Work closely with graphic designers to develop suitable marketing approaches that drive traffic and conversions and create materials for media use.
    7. Work closely with the operations team to maximize attendance and brand exposure.
    8. Conduct extensive industry, market, and company research, including quantitative and qualitative analysis, identifying key industry trends, new sports concepts, competitive factors, consumer behavior, etc.
    9. Constantly seek out opportunities for brand growth beyond physical venue settings, expanding the Pickle Social Club experience beyond the courts.
    10. Liaise with potential partners to explore brand growth opportunities, including events, conferences, trade shows, etc.
    11. Undertake administrative and reporting duties, including preparing reports for management.
  • Drive Organic Social Media Growth
    1. Develop, design, review, and refresh strategies to maximize the impact of the marketing strategies across all social media channels, to increase brand awareness and achieve other strategic brand objectives.
    2. Actively identify trends and new social platform offerings to ensure Pickle Social Club is a social innovator.
  • Social Media Content Management
    1. Responsible for the creation and publication of relevant written and visual content on all social media and newsletter channels, including but not limited to: Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Mailchimp, etc.
    2. Administrate the creation and publishing of relevant, original, creative, and high-quality content, such as visuals, images, videos, graphics, etc., across all social media platforms.
    3. Maintain a master calendar of all content publication and communication activities, provide recommendations on timing of important publication/announcement, and ensure alignment with the larger communications and social calendar.
    4. Create and manage paid marketing campaigns, and integrate with the Company’s overall marketing plans and initiatives.
  • Social Reporting
    1. Present reports for each channel, covering tracking growth, engagement, traffic, impressions, conversion, and community conversation, on a weekly and monthly basis.
    2. Analyze content-performance metrics, utilize insights, and translate insights into recommendations/plans to increase brand growth, awareness, engagement, and traffic.
    3. Effectively flag and report key customer-service issues on social media channels to the management team.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing (or a related field) or demonstrable experience
    in marketing with the potential and attitude required to learn.
  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
  • A keen eye for detail and ability to translate complex information into understandable content.
  • Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges.
  • Social media savvy and uptodate with the latest trends in online marketing and social media
    functionalities.
  • Willing to dabble in graphic design, web design, production, etc and all creative tasks needed
    for content creation.
  • Excellent communication skills and a love for great copy.
  • Resourceful, organized, meticulous, and able to quickly adapt to change.
  • Able to work independently and coordinate all marketing efforts (team player as well).
