JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a creative and skilled Digital Content Producer to join our dynamic
creative team. In this dual role, you will be responsible for developing engaging content and capturing high–quality images and videos that highlight the essence of our brand and community. You will play a key role in shaping our visual identity and connecting with our audience through various digital platforms.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Content Conceptualisation
- Collaborate closely with management, key partners, and across departments to conceptualize and produce fresh, interactive, and creative digital content while considering brand identity, visual creativity, effective messaging, and entertainment value.
- Work integrally with the marketing team to ensure alignment on creative approach and content distribution timeline, increase engagement and traffic on all digital platforms, and gather insights on content performance.
- Constantly experiment with new ways to improve conversion, generate quality leads, and adjust future production for optimal effectiveness.
- Content Creation
- Develop digital content strategies, curate, produce, shoot, edit, and publish visually appealing and effective digital content in a timely manner for various digital platforms, including websites, content libraries, videos, email marketing campaigns, advertising campaigns, social media posts, and infographics.
- Script, storyboard, budget, allocate resources, source talents, set deadlines, and select optimal media forms for all content development projects.
- Lead and manage every aspect of digital content production and run the development of an ever-evolving content production process.
- Involve in setting up the production room and provide technical insights to evaluate the most suitable production and hardware setup and workflow.
- Other Responsibilities
- Identify content opportunities and devise innovative and creative ideas for new features, content, and enhancements that advance brand positioning.
- Assist in assembling the team’s content plan and calendar to meet and exceed goals and objectives.
- Stay updated on the latest industry technology (fitness, lifestyle, retail), trends, and techniques.
- Ensure all copyrights and intellectual properties developed are protected, documented, and digitally archived.
- Maintain an organized library of images and videos for easy access and use across various channels.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Photographer, Videographer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse content types.
- Proficiency in photography and videography techniques, equipment, and editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, Lightroom).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and content optimization techniques.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast–paced environment.
- Passion for sports, fitness, and community engagement is a plus.
