Terms and Conditions (Checkout)

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. General Information
– Eligibility (e.g. You must be above 18 years of age or have a guardian’s consent before purchasing any products from Pickle Social Club’s online store).
– Pickle Social Club currently only operates within the Klang Valley (specifically in Bukit Kiara) and therefore does not transact outside of Klang Valley. Any such orders made outside of Klang Valley may be cancelled and duly refunded by Pickle Social Club without further notice.

2. Right to modify terms.
– Pickle Social Club reserves the rights to modify any terms of the order as deem fit subjected to stock availability.

3. Products & Availability
– Products may vary slightly from images.
– All products are subject to stock availability which may not be accurately displayed on the website due to rapid stock changes between our physical and online stores.
– All listed pricing may also be changed without further notice subject to price adjustments deemed fit by the business.

4. Ordering & Payment
– The accepted payment methods are via credit card or debit card only. For any other payment methods, please walk-in to our courts to make the purchases in-person.
– All orders subject to confirmation & payment clearance.
– The currency used for all transactions shall be in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

5. Shipping & Delivery
– Shipping times are estimates only and may take longer subject to order wait times and courier delivery delays.
– Customers must provide accurate delivery details, no changes can be made after checkout.
– Delivery may be subject to delays (weather etc.).

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
– Strictly no return or refund policy for any purchases.
– Wrongly delivered items may be brought to our courts (Pickle Social Club) for an exchange subject to hygiene inspection (i.e cannot be open or used, damaged or dirty etc).

7. Intellectual Property
– All website content, logos, product photos belong to Pickle Social Club and should not be replicated or reused elsewhere without our permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
– Our store shall not liable for indirect losses (lost profits, delivery delays, etc.).
– Any liability to be imposed shall be limited to the maximum of the order amount.
